We are delighted to announce that our official reopening date is Monday June 29!

Our schedule will be modified due to limitations on guest capacity mandated by the State of MA. 


LIABILITY RELEASE FORM. Please click on the Covid 19 Liability release form and then print, sign , and bring to your next appointment. 

During the welcoming back process, we are adding numerous operating and sanitation procedures with the intention to protect everyone’s safety and we kindly ask you to adopt some new guidelines for your next scheduled service.


FEELING ILL? If you have been traveling, have a fever, cough, or feel ill, we ask that you reschedule your service.

SOCIAL DISTANCING TOGETHER. We ask that you do not bring anyone with you to your service, as we are abiding by strict guidelines for large gathering spaces. If you do need another person to accompany you, we ask that they wait in your car during the service. 

PLEASE ONE PERSONAL ITEM PER GUEST (purse, bag, etc.).

WELCOMING YOU BACK. We ask that you arrive 15-minutes before your appointment time. We will be greeting you at the front door, asking you questions about symptoms of COVID-19 and taking your temperature. You will be asked to wait outside or in your car for your service and we will send you a text message when we are ready to have you enter the building.


LIMITED TALKING. Helps to decrease the risk of contamination 

MASKS ARE REQUIRED. Employees and guests will be required to wear protective facemasks. 
 
TEMPERATURE CHECK. Employees and guests will receive a temperature check prior to entering the premises.

WASHING HANDS. Guests will be expected to wash their hands or use sanitizer upon entering the facility.
 
As we add new protocols for social distancing, we would like to remind everyone that we always have and will continue to follow regulations set by Board of Electrology. These regulations are practiced between each treatment;


-wash/sanitize hands
-disinfect treatment tables
-use of disposable paper table barriers, disposable cotton pads for skin preparation/cleansing and application of products
-single use pre-sterilized disposable probes/needles
-use of sterilized forceps for each client
-we utilize an ultrasonic cleaner and dry heat sterilizer to process our forceps/tweezers 

PAYMENT. Must be received in an envelope prior to treatment. Cash is preferable or checks are acceptable.


Please Note: Our rates have slightly increased and the new rates are the following:

(15 Minutes) - $37.00
(30 Minutes) - $57.00
(45 Minutes) - $75.00
(60 Minutes) - $85.00


NO RE-BOOKING IN OFFICE. No re-booking will be done in the office however, future bookings can be made prior or post treatment via text.

An ATM is located one block from the office if needed. (corner of Cambridge and Antrim St.)

AMENITIES. We will temporarily be unable to offer magazines as the waiting area is closed temporarily.

Bathrooms will be closed. May be used for emergencies ONLY.


24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. We kindly request a 24-hour cancellation for all services. If a 24-hour’ notice is not given, a fee equal to 100% of the missed service will be charged.

We can all do our part to prevent the spread of illness in our community. You can help by staying home/rescheduling your appointment if you’re feeling sick. If you are healthy, we look forward to seeing you with your protective face mask.
